Most people are fearful about the building process because they know that building a home can be a very stressful process. However, because Pat was extremely involved with the contractors and us, we were always able to make good decisions and we never seemed to get anxious or upset. My husband and I purchased a home in November 2002 from Patrick McMahon. After spending many months looking at the quality and craftsmanship of many builders, this decision became very east. Patrick’s fun and loving attitude toward everyone is very apparent and is incomparable. Never building a home before, we were very nervous about all of the horror stories that you hear. However, this experience was just the opposite. Patrick walked us through a step by step process and told us everything we could expect. He also was there with a detailed action plan of when we needed to step up and have our things accomplished so the house stayed on schedule. He helped us with his professional opinion on many of our decisions of color, style and texture. Whenever we had a concern, Patrick listened with open ears. His touch of class is exhibited all around our home and we are proud to announce him as our custom builder. Patrick truly builds homes for the joy of a life long client. Long after the job was done he still stops by and asks how things are. That is impressive in today’s society of slap it up and hope it doesn’t fall before closing.
